Aerobics

A unique blend of low impact dancing exercises and stretching to build flexibility and core muscle strengths to music, and feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and fizzing with energy. The ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardio-blast while toning your hips & thighs. It’s the best program to gently build fitness.

Yoga

Would you like to feel enlightened or self-realization, relax your body-n-mind & release stress? This method of yoga involves synchronizing series of postures; a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result improves circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. This excercise enhances balance, breathing, posture and overall stamina.
